1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the Mindset Lock iOS app handles information. Mindset Lock helps you pause before opening individual apps you select and shows a personal reset message you create.
We do not operate a user account system or a developer cloud database for your Mindset Lock content.
2. Developer and data controller
Mindset Lock is developed and operated by Media Innovation LLC. Media Innovation LLC is the data controller for personal information described in this policy. ZenoLab is the product brand shown in the app and on this website.
3. Information stored on your device
Depending on how you use the app, Mindset Lock may store:
- Your lock name, reason, preferred next action, and reset message.
- Your optional notes, reset history, streak, language, and settings.
- The local permission state needed to use Apple Screen Time features.
This content is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to us, used to create an advertising profile, or sent to an AI provider.
4. Screen Time and Family Controls
Mindset Lock asks for Screen Time access so it can present a pause before the individual apps you choose. Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks handle that selection on your device.
We do not receive or transmit the apps you select. You can manage Screen Time access in iOS Settings. If you remove access, the app may no longer be able to present a pause for the selected apps.
5. Information we do not collect
The current version of Mindset Lock does not collect:
- Account names, account passwords, or profile information.
- Payment, subscription, or purchase information.
- Advertising identifiers or third-party analytics events.
- Your selected apps, reset messages, reasons, notes, or history.
- Contacts, photos, health data, financial data, or precise location.
The app does not use third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or AI processing.
6. Your control and deletion
You can change or clear your Mindset Lock setup within the app. You can also remove locally stored app data by deleting Mindset Lock from your device. Because we do not maintain an account or cloud copy of this content, there is no separate cloud profile to request that we delete.
7. Information you send to support
If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, device details, or screenshots. This information is used only to respond to your request, troubleshoot the issue, maintain safety, and meet legal obligations. Email is processed by the email services used by you and by us.
Please do not include your personal reset message or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app changes or legal requirements evolve. If a future version adds accounts, payments, analytics, cloud sync, AI, or other data processing, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before releasing those features. The date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.
